Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years old; 2. Voluntarily participate in lumbar QCT and MRI examinations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from neoplastic lesions, especially gastrointestinal tumors and a history of related radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 2. Other medication history that affects bone metabolism, including calcium carbonate, vitamin D, serotonin reuptake inhibitors, anticonvulsants, thiazide diuretics, proton pump inhibitors, etc. 3. Stay in bed for more than one week; 4. Those with claudephobia, after pacemaker implantation, abdominal and pelvic metal implantation, or with other lumbar spine diseases or significant compression, who are unable to undergo magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination, which affects image quality or makes it impossible to label the region of interest; 5. Pregnant women.
