Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with symptoms such as regurgitation and heartburn, or those with pathological reflux indicated by the results of 24-hour esophageal pH-impedance monitoring; 2. Patients with cardiac polyps, cardiac precancerous lesions (including low-grade and high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia) or early cardiac cancer (lesions limited to the mucosa and submucosa without distant or lymph node metastasis) confirmed by endoscopic examination and biopsy pathology; 3. Patients who have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The lesion invades the muscularis propria or there is distant metastasis; 2. High-resolution manometry (HRM) shows obvious primary esophageal motility disorder or high lower esophageal sphincter pressure; 3.Other severe organ diseases (such as severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, extensive myocardial infarction, etc.); 4.Severe coagulation dysfunction; 5.Pregnant women; 6.Esophageal varices, gastrointestinal bleeding;
