Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion Criteria for Patients: (1) Clearly diagnosed with coronary artery disease by a municipal medical institution and in stable phase; (2) Age >= 18 years; (3) At least elementary school education, with normal reading, comprehension, and writing abilities; (4) No communication barriers, able to respond normally, and capable of completing questionnaires independently or with the assistance of the researcher; (5) No psychiatric or cognitive impairments. 2. Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Controls: (1) No history of chronic diseases and no antibiotic use in the past 3 months; (2) Age >= 18 years; (3) At least elementary school education, with normal reading, comprehension, and writing abilities; (4) No communication barriers, able to respond normally, and capable of completing questionnaires independently or with the assistance of the researcher; (5) No psychiatric or cognitive impairments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with incurable or other terminal diseases combined with end-stage heart conditions (including heart failure); 2. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. Patients who have used antibiotics within the past 3 months; 4. The patient shows low cooperation or refuses to continue participating in this program.
