Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma through pathological examination; 2. All patients need to undergo nasal endoscopy and MRI examination to be diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma osteonecrosis; 3. Age >= 18 years old;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non nasopharyngeal carcinoma tumors and bone necrosis caused by radiotherapy; 2. Merge with other tumors or serious diseases (except nasopharyngeal carcinoma); 3. Olfactory disorders caused by other reasons (excluding nasopharyngeal carcinoma); 4. History of previous head trauma; 5. Patients with pre-existing chronic liver and kidney diseases, as well as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
