Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients aged =18 years; 2.Patients with delayed union or nonunion of long bone fractures (femur, tibia, fibula, humerus, radius, ulna); 3.Completion of at least 6 months of follow-up;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with delayed union or nonunion of non-long bone fractures (e.g., carpal, metatarsal, sternum, odontoid process); 2.Patients with infection-related delayed union or nonunion of fractures; 3.Patients with active or previous malignant tumors; 4.Primary hyperparathyroidism; 5.Drug contraindications: e.g., hypercalcemia;
