Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Neurosurgery critical patients; 2.Age>= 18 years old; 3.Patient or family informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have already had a nasogastric tube placed before entering the ICU; 2.Patients with hemodynamic instability; 3.Patients with digestive tract diseases and gastrointestinal surgery.
