Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient underwent the Whipple operation during hospitalization. 2.The patient was diagnosed with gastroparesis according to the definition criteria set by the International Study Group of Pancreatic Surgery (ISGPS): frequent vomiting and abdominal distension occurred after the gastric tube was removed, and there was no mechanical obstruction on the abdominal X-ray; after the gastric tube was reinserted, the drainage volume was more than 600 ml per day; the symptoms were relieved rapidly after gastric decompression, but they recurred 6-8 hours after the gastric decompression was stopped. 3.The expected survival period is >= 3 months; the blood routine examination criteria should meet: absolute neutrophil count (ANC) >= 2×10^9/L and platelet count >= 100×10^9/L and hemoglobin >=9 g/dL. 4.The electrocardiogram is basically normal, the blood pressure is well controlled, and there are no unhealed traumas on the body. 5.The informed consent form was signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with mechanical obstruction; 2.Those with severe malnutrition; 3.Those with concurrent malignant tumors in other parts; 4.Those with hematological diseases; 5.Those with mental disorders and unable to cooperate with the researchers.
