Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years or older; 2. Patients who have undergone allogeneic liver transplantation surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with preoperative cognitive impairment, hepatic encephalopathy, or other neurological damage; 2.Critically ill patients with multiple organ dysfunction or requiring ECMO support; 3.combined transplant patients; 4.Replant patients; 5.Contraindications for the use of dexmedetomidine (severe cardiac conduction block, severe ventricular dysfunction); 6.Patients with preoperative sleep disorders (PSQI > 7 points); 7.Long-term preoperative use of opioid medications, high doses of sleeping pills, antidepressants, and other psychiatric medications;
