Interventions

The 90% of One-Repetition Maximum (1RM) Back Squat Group:The intervention consisted of 3 sets of 3 repetitions with 1.5 minutes of rest between sets.
The 80% of One-Repetition Maximum (1RM) Back Squat Group:The intervention consisted of 3 sets of 3 repetitions with 1.5 minutes of rest between sets.
The 70% of One-Repetition Maximum (1RM) Back Squat Group:The intervention consisted of 3 sets of 3 repetitions with 1.5 minutes of rest between sets.
control group:Served as a blank control.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Have more than three years of basketball training experience; 2. There are no major injuries or illnesses related to the nervous system or lower limbs. 3. Have three years or more of strength training experience and be familiar with and master the squat technique movements; 4. No high-intensity training was conducted 48 hours before the experiment. 5. No intake of caffeine or other stimulants; 6. Do regular exercise 1 to 3 times a week; 7. All subjects signed a safety notice before entering the laboratory.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with neurological diseases or cognitive impairments who are unable to cooperate with the test; 2. Those who have suffered from major injuries or illnesses (such as fractures, ligament tears) or acute musculoskeletal pain in the lower limbs (hip, knee, ankle) within the past six months; 3. People suffering from chronic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and respiratory diseases that affect athletic ability; 4. Those who are pregnant or have been medically diagnosed as unsuitable for high-intensity resistance training.
