Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 18-40, with a single full-term pregnancy (including vaginal delivery and cesarean section); 2. No history of serious internal or external diseases; 3. Long-term residency in Hangzhou; 4. Regular diet, with no special diets such as vegetarianism; 5. Pregnant women and their families who voluntarily agree to actively cooperate and sign the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Oral or topical use of antibiotics within one month before hospitalization; 2. Oral or topical use of estrogen or progesterone within one month before delivery; 3. Patients with major organ diseases such as heart, liver, or kidney; 4. History of internal medical comorbidities; 5. Mental or cognitive disorders preventing completion of this study; 6. Performing sitz baths, vaginal irrigation, or using vaginal medications during the puerperium; 7. Incomplete clinical data.
