Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Quantitative Study Inclusion Criteria (1) Female patients aged >=18 years; (2) Patients undergoing their first breast cancer surgery; (3) Pathologically confirmed diagnosis of breast cancer with awareness of the condition; (4) Mentally competent, with no language barriers, sufficient reading ability, and capability to operate a mobile phone; (5) No other malignancies or severe comorbidities; (6) Voluntary signing of the informed consent form. 2. Qualitative Study Inclusion Criteria Breast cancer patients aged >=18 years who have undergone surgery and are aware of their condition, and who voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Quantitative Research Exclusion Criteria (1) Patients with combined severe organ dysfunction (heart, liver, kidney); (2) Patients with limb dysfunction or limb amputation; (3) Foreign patients, psychiatric patients, or patients involved in medical disputes. 2. Qualitative Research Exclusion Criteria Patients unable to communicate normally due to illness or other reasons; patients unable to tolerate extended interviews.
