6 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The clinical diagnosis is drug-resistant epilepsy, which is focal epilepsy. 2.6 years old 60 and good communication skills; 5. No serious underlying diseases or severe brain trauma, and no severe cognitive impairment; 6. Agree to participate in this research;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of previous craniotomy for epilepsy; 2.Diagnosis of other brain disorders, such as stroke, serious mental illness; 3.Megacerebral gyrus and cerebellar malformations, making it impossible to identify the nerve groove or central sulcus; 4.The disease is terminal and the condition is unstable;
