Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 85 years; 2. Concurrently meet the diagnostic criteria for sepsis and acute gastrointinal injury (sepsis diagnostic criteria refer to the diagnosis criteria for sepsis in the 2018 Chinese Emergency Treatment Guidelines for Sepsis/Septic Shock acute gastrointestinal injury (AGI) diagnostic criteria refer to the definition and classification criteria for acute gastrointestinal injury (AGI) formulated by the European Society ofensive Care Medicine (ESICM) in 2012); 3. The acute onset course is within 3 days; 4. All cases were informed consent enrolment; 5. The case data records are complete,The above three items must be met simultaneously to be included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe allergic constitution; 2. Patients with pregnancy; 3. Patients with ICU stay <7 days; 4. With a clear history of immunodeficiency diseases or other clear immunosuppressive conditions. If any of the above conditions are met, the study is excluded.
