Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Total transcranial glioma resection; 2. Pathological diagnosis after surgery confirmed glioma; 3. Standard post-operative treatment was administered (concurrent radiotherapy + temozolomide chemotherapy, followed by 6 months of adjuvant temozolomide chemotherapy); 4. Glioma recurrence was confirmed by imaging or pathology; 5. After recurrence, treatment with anlotinib + temozolomide was initiated.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unclear diagnosis;2.No histological pathological examination results;3. Incomplete follow-up data.
