Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for ADHD and confirmed the diagnosis of ADHD by K-SADS-PL-C DSM-5; 2. The age was 6-12 years old, regardless of gender or nationality,Right handed; 3. Patients and their guardians agreed and signed the informed consent; 4. Patients had not used psychoactive drugs, antipsychotics, antidepressants, or were mood-stable in the month prior to enrollment Or a stable dose of ADHD medications during the month before enrollment and an agreement not to adjust the dose during the treatment period;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients were complicated with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, oppositional defiant disorder and other mental disorders; 2. Combined with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, oppositional defiant disorder and other mental disorders; 3. Combined with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental disorders; 4. Complicated with other important organ diseases such as heart and lung; 5. Epilepsy, tourette syndrome; 6. Unable to tolerate or cooperate with tDCS treatment; The implantation of metal and electronic components (except the mouth), such as cardiac pacemakers, into the body.
