Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All patients were newly diagnosed, and DLBCL was confirmed by pathological morphology and immunohistochemistry; (2) Age > 18 years; (3) Paraffin-embedded tissue blocks from confirmed DLBCL cases were archived in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of other concurrent malignant tumors or hematological diseases within 5 years; (2) Severe infections in other systems at initial diagnosis; (3) DLBCL transformed from other low-grade lymphomas; (4) Insufficient tissue quantity in paraffin-embedded specimens;
