Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All meet the diagnostic criteria for primary hypertension in the "China Hypertension Prevention and Treatment Guidelines 2018 Revision" [8]: systolic blood pressure (SBP) >=140 mmHg/diastolic blood pressure (DBP) >=90 mmHg; 2. hypertension classification I-III; 3. age 45-72 years with disease duration 2-12 years; 4. After being informed of the study details, both patients and their families signed an informed consent form. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with combined liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Patients with combined diabetes and other serious systemic metabolic diseases; 3. Patients with severe infectious diseases and blood system diseases; 4. Patients allergic to the drug in this study; 5. Patients who did not complete the treatment and examination as planned.
