Gold Standard:Painless Gastroscopy / Painless Gastroscopy with Gastric Mucosal Biopsy.
Index test:Measurement of serum pepsinogen (PG I/II) and gastrin-17 (G-17) by ELISA, the 13C-urea breath test (13C-UBT), and the combined detection of PG I/II, G-17, and 13C-UBT.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants in the healthy control group exhibited no gastrointestinal symptoms prior to physical examination; 2.Patients in the experimental group presented with gastrointestinal symptoms and were definitively diagnosed with chronic gastritis via gastroscopy or therapeutic intervention; 3.All participants had no contraindications to the examinations performed; 4.Patients were mentally clear, demonstrated good compliance, and voluntarily participated in the. study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal diseases; 2.Patients complicated with malignant tumors; 3.Those who had taken acid-suppressive or antimicrobial medications prior to the examination; 4.Subjects with coagulation disorders; 5.Patients suffering from psychiatric disorders that preclude cooperation.
