Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Definite diagnosis of AML based on the World Health Organization (WHO) classification of 2022 (during the screening period); 2. Detection of FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3) mutations in bone marrow or peripheral blood cells, including FLT3 internal tandem duplication (FLT3-ITD) and point mutations in the tyrosine kinase domain (FLT3-TKD); 3. Age >=18 years old at the time of treatment; no gender limited; 4. Underwent at least two or more bone marrow evaluations, including the initial visit, the 28th day after treatment, and/or the late phase of treatment 5. Use of gilteritinib combined with venetoclax and azacitidine (GVA) regimen

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukemia or with BCR-ABL positive leukemia (chronic myeloid leukemia blast); and patients with myeloid sarcoma or extramedullary leukemia; 2.Treatment-related AML; 3.Previous history of myelodysplastic syndrome or MPN;
