Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients must be aged >=18 years; 2. Patients aged >=80 years must be alert and oriented; 3. Patients must have adequate language comprehension; 4. Patients must be able to cooperate with assessors to complete the study procedures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe hearing impairment or communication difficulties; 2. Bedridden status with long-term disability; 3. Critical or acute illness or life expectancy <=3 months; 4. Severe cognitive impairment or a diagnosis of psychiatric disorder.
