Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It was clearly diagnosed as herpes zoster on the chest, mainly with single nerve lesion; 2. Accompanied by obvious pain, with a visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score of >=4; 3. The effect of non-surgical treatments such as drugs is not good; 4. Disease course <=3 months; 5. There were no abnormalities in the MRI examination of the corresponding lesion segment of the spine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Accompanied by severe mental and psychological disorders; 2.There is an unhealed infection, and the puncture site and/or severe infection throughout the body; 3.Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction (the patient's platelet count should be >= 80×10^9/L), version number: 20231228170751051, page -14 -, who cannot discontinue or apply perioperative bridging anticoagulation therapy; 4. Those with failure of vital organs such as the heart, lungs, liver and kidneys, who are unable to lie prone or tolerate surgery; 5.Those who refuse relevant treatment.
