Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 and 25 years old. 2.No history of sports injuries or major diseases. 3.No restrictions on daily activities, and no regular exercise or fasting behavior in the past 3 months. 4.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of chronic diseases, sports injuries, or other health issues that result in exercise restrictions. 2.Severe mental disorders, such as depression or anxiety, which may affect the completion of intervention or assessment. 3.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. 4.Long-term use of medications that affect metabolism or exercise capacity (e.g., steroids). 5.Participation in other weight loss or exercise intervention programs within 3 months prior to enrollment.
