Inclusion criteria: 1 Caregivers who are engaged in frontline work at medical - nursing integrated institutions in Ya'an City, Sichuan Province, China. 2 Personnel who are involved in the institutional management of medical - nursing integrated institutions in Ya'an City, Sichuan Province, China. 3 Elderly individuals who receive the services provided by geriatric caregivers at medical - nursing integrated institutions in Ya'an City, Sichuan Province, China.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Individuals who do not have the identities of "caregivers engaged in front - line work in medical - nursing integrated institutions in Ya'an City, Sichuan Province, China" and "personnel engaged in institutional management of medical - nursing integrated institutions in Ya'an City, Sichuan Province, China". 2 Populations not receiving services from geriatric caregivers.
