Acupuncture group:On the basis of HRT treatment, add acupuncture therapy for 2 consecutive menstrual cycles
Acupuncture plus PRP treatment group:Based on HRT therapy, acupuncture treatment was added (for 2 menstrual cycles) and PRP intrauterine infusion (infused 3 times consecutively in the 2nd menstrual cy
Control group:Artificial cycle treatment, lasting 2 months
PRP treatment group:Based on HRT treatment, start intrauterine infusion of PRP (2 mL) on the 7th day of the second menstrual cycle, once every 3 days, for a total of 3 times.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 20-40 (including the boundary values) who have infertility and desire to conceive; 2. Have undergone hysteroscopic adhesiolysis surgery with the uterine cavity volume basically restored to normal; or have a thin endometrium caused by endometrial damage due to invasive intrauterine procedures; 3. After 2 or more courses of estrogen supplementation therapy (estradiol valerate 4–6 mg/day), the endometrial thickness in the late follicular phase remains = 2 good-quality embryos frozen; 6. Voluntarily agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. If the subject is unable to read the informed consent form (e.g., illiterate subjects), the process must be witnessed and the consent form signed by a witness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to hysteroscopic surgery or estrogen therapy. 2. Presence of uterine malformations, adenomyosis, or other factors affecting embryo implantation. 3. Chromosomal abnormalities. 4. Systemic diseases such as thrombotic disorders, cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, hematopoietic system disorders, or malignant tumors. 5. No fertility requirements. 6. Vulnerable groups other than illiterate individuals, including those with mental illnesses, cognitive impairments, critically ill patients, and pregnant women.
