Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for decompensated cirrhosis in the 2023 version of the Chinese Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cirrhosis; 2.It requires medication treatment; 3.Age <=65 years old; 4.Possess a certain level of reading ability and be proficient in using mobile phones, WeChat, and the internet; 5.Informed consent, those who are willing to participate in this survey; 6.Those who have obtained the consent of the hospital ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with various types of primary mental illnesses or language communication disorders; 2.Individuals with severe heart, lung, or kidney diseases, as well as those suffering from malignant tumors; 3.Individuals who cannot cooperate, withdraw halfway, or accept other trial participants.

Patient medication adherence was evaluated via the change in Morisky Medication Adherence Scale scores from baseline.;

Patient quality of life was evaluated by the change in scores from the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36).;
