Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The research population involved in this study mainly consists of two parts: the population providing MRI and the population providing tumor tissues The population providing MRI: All were from the following 3 cohorts, totaling 400 cases 1. Patients (n=170) who received first-line treatment with lenvatinib combined with PD-1 antibody in 9 large tertiary hospitals across the country, and the corresponding data have been published in our previous study 17; 2. Patients (n=30, NCT04843943) who received first-line treatment with sintilimab combined with bevacizumab in a single-center phase II clinical trial at Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University; In clinical registration observational studies, information on over 200 patients has been collected (NCT04639284). Population providing tumor tissues One hundred patients who did not receive preoperative anti-tumor treatment and were pathologically diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma and had preoperative enhanced MRI were collected from the specimen bank of Zhongshan Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The population providing MRI has been clearly identified, all from the above three cohorts, and there is no need to exclude them. The population with tumor tissues is provided. The exclusion criteria are as follows: Pathological diagnosis: mixed liver cancer, fibrolamellar cell carcinoma or other non-hepatocellular malignant tumor components; 2. Pre-existing or concurrent presence of other malignant tumors, excluding adequately treated non-melanin skin cancer, cervical carcinoma in situ and papillary thyroid carcinoma
