Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children under 3 years old, regardless of gender, who have undergone non-extracorporeal circulation surgery with either a single procedure lasting over 3 hours or >=3 procedures (exposure group), and age-matched children who have not received surgical anesthesia (control group). 2.Apart from surgery-related diseases, there are no other major congenital diseases or hereditary metabolic disorders. 3.Born at gestational age >=37 weeks and <42 weeks, singleton and non-IVF. 4.Not small for gestational age (NSGA). 5.Family background, living environment and other information are relatively stable and accessible. 6.ASA classification <=III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed as a high-risk infant at birth. 2.A diagnosis of pre-existing neurodevelopmental and cognitive disorders prior to anesthesia. 3.With systemic chronic diseases including liver, kidney, and heart conditions. 4.Child diagnosed with tumor. 5.For any reason unable to cooperate with the research. 6.Taken other investigational drugs or participated in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to enrollment in the study. 7.Children who are considered unsuitable for inclusion in this study by researchers. 8.Children undergoing neurological system-related surgery.
