18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with prosthetic joint infections treated with linezolid at Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital's Department of Sports Medicine and Adult Reconstructive Surgery between November 2025 and April 2027; 2. Patients receiving at least 3 days of anti-infective therapy with linezolid; 3. Patients undergoing linezolid therapeutic drug monitoring during routine clinical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients under the age of 18; 2. Patients with missing data during the acquisition process of computerized electronic medical record system; 3. Patients who explicitly refuse the use of their medical records.
