Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The child was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia; 2.The treatment plan and risk grouping criteria were based on CCCG-ALL-2020 Childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia treatment protocol; 3.Their age ranged from 1 month to 18 years; 4.All patients were newly diagnosed; 5.Liver function tests were normal before chemotherapy; 6.Patients have good compliance and can complete liver function tests regularly;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Mature B-ALL, mixed leukemia; 2.Combined with other tumors; 3.Combined with autoimmune diseases; 4.??Patients who had undergone bone marrow transplantation; 5.Combined with underlying liver diseases, viral hepatitis and other liver diseases or diseases affecting liver function; 6.Patients who were unable to complete chemotherapy; 7.Children with incomplete diagnosis and treatment data;
