Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy adults aged 18-30. 2.In good physical condition, with no diseases or injuries in the lower limb joints, neuromuscular system, etc., in the past six months. 3.No strenuous exercise within 24 hours prior to the test, avoidance of caffeine intake, and no alcohol consumption for at least one week before the test. 4.Regular exercise habits (>=3 times per week, each session ==30 minutes). 5.Good psychological state, without severe psychological disorders or mental stress. 6.No participation in activities that may induce physical or cognitive fatigue within one week prior to the experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Any neurological diagnosis, psychological diagnosis, or history of hospitalization for related conditions. 2.Presence of non-removable metal around the head, implanted cardiac pacemaker, or other electronic devices. 3.History of frequent headaches and/or migraines, seizures, or fainting spells. 4.Hypertension or heart disease. 5.Skin lesions on the ears.
