Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >=18 to <=65 years; 2.Clinical diagnosis of alopecia areata with a disease duration of <=6 months; 3.Patients selected with a SALT (Severity of Alopecia Tool) score of S1 and hair loss affecting less than 10% of the scalp area (S0: no hair loss; S1: <25% scalp involvement; S2: 25–49%; S3: 50–74%; S4: 75–99%; S5: 100%).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hair loss due to other causes, such as discoid lupus erythematosus-related alopecia or syphilitic alopecia; 2.Allergy to drug or dressing components, or severe hepatic or renal impairment; 3.Pregnancy, lactation, or presence of serious systemic diseases; 4.Co-existing conditions affecting hair growth, such as thyroid dysfunction; 5.Use of oral immunosuppressants, corticosteroids, or phototherapy within the past month; 6.Topical scalp medication use within 7 days prior to enrollment.
