Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adopting the criteria from the 2022 Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Expert Consensus on Declining Ovarian Reserve Function: Anti-Müllerian hormone < 1.1 ng/mL or antral follicle count < 5–7. (1) Meets criteria for ovarian reserve decline; (2) Female, aged 20 years <=age < 40 years; (3) Voluntarily participates in the trial and signs an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Either partner suffers from severe mental illness, acute infections of the genitourinary system, or sexually transmitted diseases. 2. Suffering from genetic disorders specified in the Maternal and Child Health Care Law as unsuitable for childbearing, for which preimplantation genetic diagnosis is currently unavailable. 3. Either partner has serious harmful habits such as drug addiction. 4. Either party has been exposed to teratogenic levels of radiation, toxins, or pharmaceuticals and remains within the active period of such exposure. 5. The female partner possesses a uterus incapable of supporting pregnancy or suffers from severe physical conditions rendering pregnancy untenable.
