Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 0–6 months; 2. Gender: unrestricted; 3. Paediatric patients requiring elective corrective surgery for congenital heart disease; 4. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification: ASA II–IV; 5. Guardian voluntarily signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Severe organic pathology present preoperatively; 3. Vasoactive drugs administered preoperatively; 4. The child's guardian declines to participate in the study.
