65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=65 years. 2.Scheduled for elective gastrointestinal surgery. 3.No prior neoadjuvant therapy received. 4.Availability of complete perioperative data. 5.Willingness to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of cachexia or involuntary weight loss of >10% within the past 3 months. 2.Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) <= 90 ml/(min·1.73m^2). 3.Presence of neuromuscular disorders. 4.Patients who withdraw from the study for any reason during the research period.
