Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The age range of infertility patients with more than 2 high-quality frozen embryos is between 20 and 40 years old. 2.Endometrial preparation was carried out using the HRT protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with thin endometrial lining (endometrial thickness < 7mm after conventional hormone replacement therapy). 2.Patients with endometrial lesions. 3.Patients have concurrent uncontrolled internal diseases (including severe liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.). 4.Either of the couple has given birth to a fetus with genetic defects or chromosomal abnormality diseases, or has a history of adverse pregnancy and childbirth. 5.Known refusal or inability to comply with the protocol requirements for any reason (including planned clinical visits and examinations).
