Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-80 years old; 2.Long-term hemodialysis patients with autologous fistula vascular access in the nephrology Department of Peking University Shenzhen Hospital; 3.Follow-up patients with newly established spontaneous fistula;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with internal fistula occlusion; 2.Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3.Patients who are unable to cooperate with the examination; 4.Non-professional recommendation established vascular access patients;
