Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-40 years; 2. Diagnosed with PCOS; 3. Fasting blood glucose <5.6 mmol/L, OGTT 2-hour blood glucose <7.8 mmol/L; 4. Complete OGTT data (0h, 1h, 2h) and cardiovascular risk factor data are available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with diabetes or currently using antihypertensive, hypoglycemic, or lipid-lowering medications; 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3. Presence of other endocrine disorders that may affect metabolism.
