Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for the CU group: willingness to cooperate with neuropsychological examinations, no history of cognitive dysfunction or memory decline; No previous history of mental disorders; There are no contraindications for MRI examination. 2.The inclusion criteria for the MCI group were based on Peterson's diagnosis of MCI in 2004. 3.The inclusion criteria for the AD group were diagnosed with AD based on the 2011 National Institute on Aging and the Alzheimer's Association (NIA-AA) criteria. Each subject group should complete the following basic neuropsychological scoring scales: Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), Clinical Dementia Scale (CDR), Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA), UCLA Auditory Verbal Learning Test, Number Span Test, Continuous Test, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Has a history of severe allergic reactions to experimental drugs; 2.Those who have taken drugs that affect cognitive function; 3.Has a history of ethanol or drug abuse/dependence; 4.There are neurological diseases that affect cognitive function, severe internal diseases and a history of brain trauma; 5.Has a history of cognitive dysfunction, memory loss and mental illness; 6.Contraindications for MRI examination.
