Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Having been diagnosed with schizophrenia by at least two attending physicians or at least one psychiatrist with at least one deputy chief physician in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision (ICD-10); 2.Patients in a stable period of fine points, that is: the use of antipsychotic drugs for stable treatment for more than 1 month, during which there is no drug change or dose adjustment); And the CGI Serious Score is not more than 3; 3. Older than 18 years and younger than 60 years; 4.Diabetes mellitus was diagnosed using the 1999 WHO Diabetes Panel criteria (fasting blood glucose >= 7.0 mmol / L or 2-h blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol / L after 75 g glucose load); 5. The patient and / or their legal guardian sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Brain organic disease, serious body disease can not cooperate with the investigation; 2.Psychoactive substance dependence or alcohol or drug abuse for more than 10 years; 3.Mental retardation; 4.Extreme excitement agitation, stupor, passive suicide and other non-cooperative or risk patients; 5.Use of any psychoactive substance for 3 days before the test; 6.Three days before the test, drinking more than four standard glass (40 degree white wine 180ml or 12 degree red wine 600ml / 5 degree beer 1440ml) per day; 7.A history of injury to the head (loss of consciousness for more than 1 h); 8.Treatment with MCT or ECT within 6 months; 9.Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
