Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a combination of cardiopulmonary assessment, cognitive assessment, depression assessment, anxiety assessment, laboratory tests, neurological examinations such as lung CT and cranial MRI scans, and with a clinical diagnosis of neocoronary sequelae due to degenerative changes in the function of the central nervous system (diagnosed by at least two senior specialists); 2. All included individuals must have a test for plasma hyaluronic acid;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not associated with neurodegenerative disease; 2. Valid data on plasma hyaluronic acid expression levels in the study could not be obtained; 3. Valid data are in doubt, e.g., the index test method and judging criteria are unknown; 4. Incomplete or inaccurate quantitative data (i.e., exact proportions of the primary outcome are not provided); 5. Patients who had symptoms such as fatigue and cognitive impairment prior to infection with novel coronavirus; 6. Other factors that the investigator considers inappropriate for this trial, or conditions that may increase the risk to the subject or interfere with the study of this project.
