Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years. 2. ASA physical status classification I-III;. 3. Scheduled for major abdominal surgery under general anesthesia, requiring postoperative monitoring in the AICU. 4. The expected stay in the AICU is approximately 24 hours;.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of vagus nerve-related disorders (such as vasovagal syncope);. 2. Severe arrhythmia or implantation of electronic devices such as cardiac pacemakers;. 3. There is skin breakage, infection, or deformity at the external ear stimulation site. 4. Long-term preoperative use of opioids or sedatives;. 5. Allergic to study-related drugs. 6. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
