Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients undergoing level 4 radical surgery for liver, bile duct, and pancreatic cancer; 3. Able to eat orally; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, kidneys, or other organs; 2. Severe cognitive impairment preventing cooperation with interventions; 3. Allergic constitution, particularly allergy to fish oil; 4. Other reasons deemed by the researcher that make participation in the trial unsuitable.
