Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed colorectal cancer by pre-treatment biopsy; 2. Planned to undergo either direct surgery or neoadjuvant therapy followed by surgery at this hospital; 3. Age >= 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of or concurrent primary malignancy at another site; 2. Previous history of any tumor-directed therapy; 3. Unavailable or insufficient pathological information; 4. Incomplete pre-treatment imaging studies or image quality insufficient for evaluation; 5. Pregnancy or lactation; 6. Use of antibiotics or probiotic supplements within one week prior to enrollment; 7. Poor venous access or history of vasovagal reactions to blood draws/needles (needle phobia).
