Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are scheduled to undergo Da Vinci robotic radical prostatectomy; 2. ASA classification of grade I-III; 3. Age 50-80 years old; 4. Body Mass Index (BMI) ranging from 18 to 40 kg/m²; 5. Fully informed consent and signing of the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to Sodium Gluconate or Neostigmine; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Preoperative presence of diaphragmatic paralysis or severe respiratory dysfunction; 4. Patient refuses to participate in this trial; 5. Unable to obtain satisfactory ultrasound images or unable to perform ultrasound operations.
