Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for mild cognitive impairment and are diagnosed by a clinician; 2. Aged >= 60 years old; 3. Scoring >= 3 points on the FRAIL scale; 4. Scoring >=18 points and < 25 points on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment; 5. In a stable phase of the disease, with good cognitive function and able to communicate effectively; 6. The patient or caregiver can operate a smartphone proficiently; 7. Having given informed consent and voluntarily participating in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with auditory or expressive ability disorders; 2. Those who have been diagnosed with mental illnesses; 3. Those who are simultaneously participating in other research.
