Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed IASLC Grade II invasive lung adenocarcinoma and underwent radical surgical resection; 2. Complete clinical data available, including medical history, imaging studies, pathological reports, and treatment regimens; 3. Complete follow-up information documented.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant malignancy of any other primary origin; 2. Incomplete clinical records or missing critical data elements; 3. Loss to follow-up or absence of post-operative surveillance data; 4. Severe systemic comorbidities (e.g., advanced cardiac, hepatic, or renal failure) that could confound outcome assessment.
