40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke established by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference of the Chinese Medical Association and confirmed by cranial MRI or CT examination. (2) Aged between 40 and 80 years old (excluding 40 and 80). (3) Having normal language function before the onset of the disease. (4) All being in the convalescent stage of stroke with the condition basically stable. (5) Patients being diagnosed with aphasia by the Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center Aphasia Examination (CRRCAE) of the China Rehabilitation Research Center. (6) Patients having hand dysfunction with a Brunnstrom grading of less than level V in hand function. (7) Being conscious, with no obvious memory or intellectual impairment. (8) Being able to maintain a sitting position for more than 30 minutes. (9) Having Chinese as the mother tongue. (10) The patients and their families being informed about the treatment procedures in this study and voluntarily signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Oral expression disorders caused by other diseases such as craniocerebral trauma, tumors, etc. (2) Having a bleeding tendency or active cerebral hemorrhage. (3) Patients accompanied by other mental disorders or suffering from diseases of the heart, lungs, liver and other systems.
