Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 5–17 years with height and weight within normal ranges 2. Children with chronic cough, asthma in remission, or acute asthma exacerbation 3. Children born in China with both parents of Chinese nationality

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children who cannot cooperate
