Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult male (age >= 18) 2. All indicators of sperm routine examination are normal, including sperm quantity, sperm vitality, sperm morphology, sperm survival rate, and pH value

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fever, infectious diseases, gastrointestinal diseases 2. Patients with combined liver and gallbladder diseases, malignant tumors, endocrine disorders, and other autoimmune diseases, as well as severe damage to important organs such as liver, liver, brain, and kidneys 3. Take folic acid antagonists such as methotrexate within 4 weeks before enrollment
