Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recruit elderly individuals aged 60-80 with mild cognitive impairment who voluntarily participate in this study and do not have a habit of exercising, with an equal number of men and women, through community recruitment. All participants must pass the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE). In addition, participants must meet the following inclusion criteria: (1) right-handed; (2) normal vision and color perception; (3) no serious physical or mental illnesses; (4) normal weight, with a BMI less than 25; (5) sign the informed consent form for the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) MMSE score higher than 25 or lower than 18; (2) Previous experience with exergaming; (3) Previous participation in similar studies; (4) Any conflicts of interest related to this study.
